I offer different packages with varying prices depending on a client’s need and overall goal!
I require clients to participate in a HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) that will tell me nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, gut health, enzyme production, etc
This is necessary as some people cannot lose weight simply due to factors related to these test results.
The test is $50.00 and requires a small sample of hair sent to the lab I utilize.

This package is for those who just need a jump start on losing weight! They may not require coaching to stay on track and just need a push in the right direction.

- 1 60-90 minute evaluation to determine goals, current lifestyle factors, eating habits, likes, dislikes, etc
- 1 group style coaching call every 2nd week to assess progress and check in

This package is for someone who is looking to shed a few pounds and needs some consistent motivation but does not need to lose a substantial amount of weight. 30 lbs or less

- Duration: 3 months
- 1 60-90 minute evaluation to determine goals, current lifestyle factors, eating habits, likes, dislikes, etc
- 1 group style coaching call per week to assess progress and check in

Package 3
This package is for someone who is looking to drop an excessive amount of weight and requires a lot of support to stay on track.
$$600-$800
- Duration: 6 -12 months
- 2 – 4 60-90 minute evaluation to determine goals, current lifestyle factors, eating habits, likes, dislikes, etc (2nd call at halfway mark to asses plateaus, makes changes, etc) these calls are necessary to make changes so that the lifestyle change remains attainable throughout the many changes that can occur throughout a person’s life personal, financial, emotional, and physical.
