Celery Juice Protocol & it’s Benefits

The celery juice phenomenon came about, through the recommendations of medical medium Anthony williams. Regardless of what you may think of Anthony Williams, celery juice has proven benefits and has made a huge impact on my gut and my health.  

Every morning upon waking you’ll want to juice and immediately consume 8 to 16 ounces of pure celery juice. It is especially important for this juice to contain celery only and nothing else. If 8 or 16 ounces is simply too much you can begin with 1 or 2 stalks of celery and work your way up. I honestly appreciate the taste but I know it isn’t palatable by all. 

Celery juice is a medicinal remedy and not a meal replacement. You’ll still want to eat breakfast but wait 15 minutes or more post celery consumption. I wait 30 to 60 minutes to be sure the full benefits of the celery juice are obtained. 

The best part of the remedy is how inexpensive it is. Celery, even organic is very affordable. I highly recommend using organic when possible. If you cannot buy organic or it is not available then soak your celery in a solution to remove as many harmful chemicals as possible. This can be a fruit and veggie wash or a diluted vinegar mixture. You want to be sure your celery is as pure and close to nature as possible. 

You may be wondering what’s so special about celery. According to Anthony Williams Celery has cluster mineral salts that are beneficial to repair our gut, lower inflammation, and improve overall health. These cluster salts work synergistically to flush out toxins, dead pathogens such as viruses and bacteria, and pathogenic neurotoxins and debris deep within the tissues of the body. Celery’s cluster salts do this by powering our white blood cells to effectively manage, reduce, and eliminate chronic disease. 

Anthony williams claims celery juice improves methylation, that is, the proper absorption and utilization of hundreds of nutrients, including B12 and zinc. Proper methylation is also essential to detoxification. Many who have the gene mutation mthfr could benefit greatly in doing the celery juice protocol. 

Although Science has not backed up Anthony’s claims People around the world are raving about how this protocol has cleared up their acne, eczema, psoriasis, inflammation, autoimmune conditions, and chronic diseases. I am in no way stating that this should be used to treat or cure any illness and can only attest to how it has helped me. 

Since starting the celery juice protocol I have cleared up my severe brain fog, neurological disturbances, improved my digestion and repaired my gut. I am hoping with long term commitment to this protocol my ebv will go into remission and my immune system can stop attacking the EBV in my thyroid putting me back into a euthyroid state. 

I do wholeheartedly agree with Anthony’s philosophy as far as autoimmune conditions are concerned. I do not believe that the immune system is attacking itself. In fact, in most of these cases the immune system is working over time. This is why immunosuppressive treatments are used to try and mitigate the inflammation. I believe we all have a culmination of bacteria, viruses, yeasts, fungus, parasites, and toxic heavy metals, etc that is causing the body to seemingly attack our tissues and organs. Ebv for example likes to burrow deep into the tissues of the liver, thyroid, adrenals, etc. This is because it feeds off heavy metals and hormones. When your organs become compromised your entire body.

Many people have frowned upon the promotion of his teachings because they have yet to be recognized by science but the proof is in the pudding so to speak and you cannot deny its proven results. There are many practitioners out there who are doing miraculous work in the area of alternative medicine and should be recognized for their achievements. The late Dr sebi is another healer who had innate wisdom on the human diet and helped many support their bodies to heal. This man’s work was suppressed and he was later killed for his wisdom. 

2 Ways to Prepare Celery Juice

Celery is best juiced, however you can still reap the benefits if you don't have access to a juicer. I f you do have a juicer you'll want to wash and trim 1 bunch of celery stalks and process them through your juicer. This process requires no additional steps and you can consume the juice immediately.

If you do not have access to a juicer and would like to use your blender be sure to wash, trim, and chop your celery. After blending your celery you will need to take the extra step to strain the juice from the pulp using cheesecloth and a mesh strainer.

This step is very important as you want the concentrated mineral salts and the remainder of the pulp is not needed. eating celery whole and blended in a smoothie without separating it from the juice will not provide you with the same medicinal benefits you are trying to achieve.

If you do not have a juicer I highly encourage purchasing one. You can make many nutritious and delicious juices that will also support your body and your healing. beet, carrot, cabbage, ginger, turmeric, and cucumbers are among my favorite things to juice.

This is the juicer I have. Personally I'd love to get a better model however it does the trick and any juicer is better than no juicer.
